There are so many things in life that can inspire us, and can also make us stop and take a moment to appreciate the beauty God shares with us.  One example would be the beautiful sunset the other evening reflecting God’s artistic beauty in the heavens.  I was inspired to write a poem about a beautiful rainbow several years ago, but one stanza of that poem is appropriate for this picture as well:

What better frame for God’s deep love.

A picture in disguise.

A masterpiece set among the clouds.

God’s painting in the skies.
